Duas categorías para analizar o raciocinio sobre regras sócio-morais

Resumo

Este artigo relata os resultados de uma pesquisa delineada para conhecer o raciocínio de crianças entre 10 e 11 anos de idade, sobre regras sócio morais e transgressões narradas em histórias hipotéticas. Para a análise dos dados utilizei um método indutivo, construindo categorias a partir dos próprios dados, sem contar com categorias pré existentes. Os resultados mostram duas categorias de pensamento em relação às regras. A primeira, denominada Regularidade (Regularidad), expressa o conhecimento que as crianças têm de maneira intencional e formal a respeito das regras, sobre o que está legislado conscientemente; a segunda, denominada Vigência (Vigencia), expressa a interpretação pessoal da regra em seus usos cotidianos, atuais.
