A população jovem do Equador: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo
Este artigo revisa a produção acadêmica dos últimos 20 anos sobre jovens equatorianos. Metodologicamente, tem uma perspectiva bibliométrica. Use uma equação de pesquisa com base nas palavras-chave «jovem» OU «adolescente» E «Equador». São analisados 598 documentos de acesso aberto da base de dados Scopus. Os resultados identificam a produção anual, as áreas do conhecimento, as palavras-chave, os países e as instituições que mais contribuem para o campo da juventude. Os resultados mostram um crescimento nas publicações desde 2006. As áreas mais produtivas na disciplina são Medicina, Ciências Sociais e Ambientais. Os documentos alertam para condições precárias de saúde, insegurança alimentar, contaminação ambiental e pobreza que afetam mulheres jovens provenientes de etnias indígenas, afro-equatorianas e população rural.
