Apego e Recuperação do Desenvolvimento Precoce de Crianças em AcolhimentoFamiliar

Resumo
Em situações de maus-tratos, crianças são separadas de suas famílias e encaminhadas para cuidados alternativos. Embora se conheçam as consequências do maus-trato, faltam estudos sobre a recuperação durante o cuidado alternativo. Este estudo longitudinal analisou a recuperação do desenvolvimento precoce em 30 crianças de até 36 meses de idade em acolhimento familiar e o impacto dos modelos de apego de suas 20 cuidadoras sobre essa recuperação. Foram aplicadas escalas de desenvolvimento (Prunape e IODI) na entrada e no quarto mês de acolhimento. As cuidadoras responderam ao Questionário CaMir. Os modelos lineares mistos identificaram três dimensões relacionais (Preocupação-Apoiio familiar e Reconhecimento de pessoas significativas) como preditoras da recuperação. Além disso, crianças com cuidadoras de apego seguro apresentaram maior recuperação. O acolhimento familiar com certos estilos relacionais promove a resiliência.
